3 Ways to Engage

Creating and sustaining a solid educational foundation for a child’s development can be difficult. Dr. Jackson and his team have the insight to fuel your youth programs and initiatives by training staff or engaging youth. Choose from the three defined paths of connectivity (1) Speaking Engagements, (2)Workshop Engagements, or (2)Advisory Engagements as detailed below.

1. Youth Speaking Engagement Topics

•Uniquely Me- Discovering Individual  Identity & Purpose: Through easily accessible social media forums, children are nudged continuously to maintain social trends and norms. In a child’s chase for acceptance, they often lose one is most valuable, their personal identity. In this inspiring keynote, Dr. Jackson engages the child’s understanding of their personal identity, unique qualities, and ability to navigate the different seasons of life. Areas of learning include identification of innate qualities, embracing the changing seasons of life, and gaining through giving to others. This keynote can be adapted towards educators and organizational professionals or scaled to kids within a more specified age group. Sub-categories covered include personal development, professional development, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, character management, and collaboration.

•I am an Entrepreneur- Believing in the Possibility of Success: In a constantly evolving job market, children must be able to identify and create economic opportunities through understanding leadership, entrepreneurship, management, and critical thinking. In this keynote, Dr. Jackson mixes interactivity, stories and principals to engage the child’s ability to embrace leadership, and influence, creativity, public speaking, and economic fundamentals. This keynote can be adapted towards educators and organizational professionals or scaled to kids within a more specified age group. Sub-categories covered include personal development, professional development, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, character management, and collaboration.

•The Unmatched Power of Character: Surrounded by a society filled with materialism, a child often equates value to monetary status. Consequently, in the absence of financial prosperity, children are more likely to succumb to the dangers of low self-worth, such as depression and anxiety.  In this inspiring keynote, Dr. Jackson engages the child’s ability to embrace systems of critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and corresponding social skills, thus addressing the “head, heart and hand” of character development.  This keynote can be adapted towards educators and organizational professionals or scaled to kids within a more specified age group. Sub-categories covered include personal development, professional development, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, character management, and collaboration.

2. Youth Workshop Engagement Topics

•The Power of Entrepreneurial Mindset: In today’s job market, the guarantee of earning a sustainable wage has all but vanished. If necessary, children must be adequately prepared to create their place in the market. For maximum success, children should become comfortable with the idea of entrepreneurship as early in life as possible. During this interactive worship, Dr. Jackson will instruct children of the soft skills, critical thinking, planning ability, and character needed to succeed in tomorrow’s job market.  This 2-day workshop is designed for children ages 8-12 and can be adapted into a train-the-trainer model upon request. The workshop supports training goals for personal development, professional development, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, character management, and collaboration.

•Custom Workshop Development: On a select-basis, the JGI team can craft the perfect training session for your organization. JGI establishes tailored, objective-orientated workshops by (1)Defining the right hurdle. Dr. Jackson and his team will gain an in-depth understanding of your organization’s hurdles and opportunities; (2) Creating the right workshop. The customized workshop will address deficit causing communication, financial, process, or perception breakdowns that often prevent achieving success milestones; and (3)Validate the workshop’s effectiveness. Post-training, Dr. Jackson and his team maintain correspondence with organizations to confirm or further encourage success milestones.
