Jackson Global Initiative (JGI)  is a private organization founded in 2011 committed to promoting social and economic development, business infrastructure investment, disaster management, and leadership engagement throughout the globe.  JGI takes penetrable action on a targeted range of issues through the support of its annually elected JGI Leadership Council Members (Council Members).  Council Members are industry-specific experts who serve as non-recourse, strategic advisors in support of JGI's key initiatives. The expertise of JGI Council Members is leveraged to gain an in-depth understanding of sub-markets, social and economic trends, policy development, and industry best practices.
