JGI NextGen Leadership Development & Mentoring

In addition to direct project implementation, the Jackson Global Initiative facilitates global change by establishing a foundation for both mature and emerging leaders to connect, collaborate and attain measurable impacts on global initiatives. JGI assembles and unites leaders to impact change through progressive development and support. 

 With an emphasis on engaging members under the age of 30, JGI's NextGen Leadership Development & Mentoring Program supports mentees by guiding in areas such as social economics, spirituality, government, leadership fundamentals, family, career, and education through:

Life is best done with others. JGI creates a nurturing environment for like-minded, emerging leaders to learn and collaborate under a safe umbrella.

Access to forward-looking information creates the foundation for informed action. JGI leverages its global partnerships to develop and connect NextGen leaders.

Through the network of leaders within the JGI community, NextGen Leaders are inspired to be creative and innovative in their collective actions.

Spurred by a collective sense of urgency and shared responsibility, JGI Leadership Council Members collaborate to best leverage their resources and expertise. Some partnerships develop organically from networking, while others grow through issue-specific member gatherings or JGI facilitation.
